Anyone experiencing weakness, reduced confidence, or uncertainty while standing or walking.
People Using a Cane or Walker
Patients who use, recently began using, or were advised to use a mobility aid.

What Is Steady@Home?
Steady@Home is Project Health’s fall prevention and balance program for patients with weakness, balance concerns, fear of falling, or mobility challenges. Support is considered in relation to the patient’s needs, care plan, and home environment.

No. The SteadyMeter Quiz is an awareness tool. It does not provide a diagnosis, replace professional medical advice, or provide emergency assistance.
What happens after the quiz is submitted?
Project Health reviews the submitted information and may contact you by phone or email to understand the concerns and explain an appropriate next step.
Does completing the quiz guarantee home health services or Medicare coverage?
No. Completing the quiz does not guarantee admission, approval, payment, or Medicare coverage. Home health services depend on applicable clinical, documentation, physician-order, and payer requirements.
